 Yaama hello Dear friends, we are so please to be running our 2^nd healing day at Mona Vale.

We warmly welcome you to a day of healing, unity, and personal growth at the Mona Vale Memorial Hall. This sacred gathering is designed to offer transformative experiences that connect us to the land, our spirit, and each other.

On Healing Day, we’ll embark on a shared journey of deep connection through powerful ceremonies, including a Welcome to Country led by local Elder, a Didgeridoo Performance and Smoking Ceremony, and sacred Yarning Circles.

These ceremonies will help set intentions for growth and healing as we unite as a community.

You will also experience Breathwork & Healing Activation, Yidaki Sound Healing, and Dadirri & Meditation practices that will clear blockages, open hearts, and create space for vibrant energy to flow within you. Tap into your creative spirit during our Graze & Paint Workshop, where you’ll create a meaningful keepsake of your personal journey.

Alongside the healing, we’ll enjoy nourishing Light Lunch & Refreshments, hear from inspiring Guest Speakers, and explore unique Art & Crafts for Sale.

This is an opportunity to reflect, reset, and rejuvenate, surrounded by the beauty of our culture, land, and community.

Please come dressed comfortably and bring your yoga mat or towel for the healing sessions, along with a notebook for reflection.
