An opportunity for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people to come together —
in the spirit of respect, reflection to remember the Stolen Generations.
Time: 12:30pm Meeting point: Outside the main front entrance

- Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony
- Didgeridoo and clapsticks
- A short, silent walk to honour and remember the Stolen Generations
Gathering & Shared Meal
Join us inside the hall for afternoon tea, including: Kangaroo rissoles, Emu, Kangaroo sausages, damper, and more.

- Readings from Aunty Nancy’s Book of Poems by Catherine Donnelley
- “What Sorry Day is all about” by Aleta Wassell
- Aboriginal dance performance
- Sit back and enjoy the powerful voice of Aleta Wassell. She is truly deadly!

- Weaving with Aunty Karleen Green. Take home what you create
- Aboriginal artefacts display by GuriNgai Tours
- Boomerang painting and colouring activities for children (all materials provided)
Community
- ASG book sale — new and pre-loved books
- Aunty Nancy’s Book of Poems -will be on sale
- A chance for children to show their boomerang art and weaving
